Matt is a search engine marketing consultant and founder of Job|SearchMarketing, a boutique recruitment advertising agency specializing in search engine marketing and recruitment video production.

During his 4 year tenure at Yahoo! HotJobs Matt helped roll out search engine marketing for recruitment. As Manager of Media Strategy (a role created by Yahoo! Executive management specifically for Matt), he oversaw the planning, optimization and execution of hundreds of search engine marketing campaigns for Yahoo! HotJobs’ key accounts. Under Matt’s leadership this product line grew over 300% year over year. Matt started Job|SearchMarketing as a blog 2006.

Award Winning Filmmaker – Film Director

Jason is a film producer and director with over eleven years of experience in the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on art direction, producing, and production management. He holds a MFA in Filmmaking from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU.

Currently Jason is working on the successful web-series “50ToDeath.com” as a director /producer. For prior works such as critically acclaimed ‘Mr. Brooklyn,’ Jason has won multiple film festival awards including: ‘Best Short,’ ‘Best Fiction,’ and the ‘Audience Award.’
